When you choose our paperless option, you will no longer get paper versions of your bills or policy documents in the mail. Instead, an electronic version of your most recent set of policy documents and your latest bill will be available online through the FB Hub. When a new bill is ready or new policy documents are available, we will send you an email notification. That’s it!
