We’re excited to announce that the new and improved version of our customer portal - in both the web and app versions - is now available.
To ensure you’re taking advantage of the enhanced features of the update, you’ll need to take a few simple steps to get set up.
You’ll only need to go through this process once when you log into the updated portal for the first time. After that, all you’ll need to do is log in and you’re good to go!
For iOS users: You will not need to download a new app; the current app will simply update automatically. However, you will need to log in again and re-enroll your insurance policies. You’ll now have the option to either sign up with your Apple or Google account or sign up with an email.
For Android users: You will need to download the new app from the Google Play store. Click here to download the app. You will also need to log in again and re-enroll your insurance policies. You’ll now have the option to either sign up with your Apple or Google account or sign up with an email.
